Spanish climber sets new Everest record

Spanish mountain climber Kilian Jornet has set a record for the quickest rising of Mount Everest without settled ropes or supplementary oxygen, climbing the world's most noteworthy top in only 26 hours, his group said Tuesday. Jornet scaled Everest's north face, beginning from the construct camp in light of the Tibet side of the mountain, and achieved the summit alone early Monday.
